Curam Concierge Rep calls the Employee to:
Follow-up from CuramLife Services
CuramLife Concierge rep makes call to check on the Employee post-procedure, as well as:
Inquiring about registered programs, especially the nutritional program.
Offering assistance and support for their Kelly’s Choice program.
Assessing financial need; supporting the Employee in financial aid application.
Thanking the Employee and sending a follow-up email.
SCENARIO: An employee’s child wakes up with a sore throat, swollen glands, and a low-grade fever.
SCENARIO: An Employee wakes up and experiences dizziness and difficulty breathing. Additionally, they feel slight chest pain, especially when lifting things. The Employee becomes very concerned and needs to know what is going on.
SCENARIO: While on the job, an Employee struggles with cramps in his legs and is unsure of what to do. The employee hasn’t visited a doctor in 5 years.
